Admission Process

The admission process is transparent, welcoming, and supportive from the very first step. Families receive personal guidance at every stage to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Eligibility for Admission

Minimum age requirement as on 31st March of the admission year:

• Play Group – Above 2.5 Years
• Nursery – Above 3.5 Years
• K.G. – Above 4.5 Years
• Class I to VIII – Above 5.5 Years

Documents Required

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by hospital or competent authority.
• Transfer Certificate from previous school (if applicable).

Rules & Regulations

Payment of Fees

• Fees must be paid on or before the 10th of the designated month.
• A late fee of ₹200/- will be charged after the 10th of every month.
• Non-payment for 90 days will result in removal of the student’s name from school rolls.
• Re-admission fee of ₹1000/- will be charged along with pending dues.

Attendance

• Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory.
• Latecomers require written permission from the Principal.
• Absences must be supported by a written application from parents.
• Medical certificate required in case of illness.
• Leave applications must be submitted within three days of absence.
• Ten days of continuous absence without permission will lead to removal from rolls.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued on request and payment of fees.

Parent–Teacher Meeting

Parent–Teacher Meetings are conducted at regular intervals throughout the session to discuss each child’s academic progress and overall development, and to plan appropriate remedial measures whenever needed. Attendance of parents is compulsory
